How do I reserve my premier unit today?

When can I view the units?
Model units will be available for viewing in July. You will be able to select your unit then.
What is the price range for the units?
One-bedroom units start from $1,400. Two-bedroom units start at $1,500. Prices are based on square footage and views.
What is the pet policy?
Live in pet friendly apartments in Manchester NH! Here at 875 Elm Street, pets are welcome. Maximum of two pets per apartment. Dogs may not exceed 80 pounds. Monthly pet rent is $25.
How many cars can I park?
Residents of 875 Elm Street can park as many cars as they would like in our newly-refurbished, covered garage for $100 per space.
